Further Information about Anna Kirsten.

Anna produces both traditional and digital artworks.

Her traditional works are mainly in miniature form, including ACEO's, and she is currently in the throws of putting together some sets, which will be on display as time goes on, and which she hopes to sell on eBay as well. (These are Artist Cards, Editions and Prints and are popularly collected in this format, as a relatively cheap way to obtain originals or signed and numbered edition prints.)

Her digital artworks are very often fractals or fractal-based, sometimes with the incorporation of photographic elements blended in, or drawing/painting with the use of a pressure-sensitive digital art-pen.

All the art is intended to speak for itself and to draw an emotional response from the viewer.

There are some photographs too, but due to personal circumstances, this particular occupation has largely had to be dropped, except when a photo can be taken from scooter level!

Another line of inspiration is in personal spiritual experiences, expressed in writings and poetry. Anna intends to incorporate many more writings into this site to bring an added dimension to it that has hitherto been somewhat lacking.

The music accompanying this site consists of some tracks from "The Sojourner", one of 5 CD's composed and played by AnnaKirsten under her first and last names, Nicky Keates. Hopefully on the first page of this site you will have been able to hear a sample of some tracks from my CD, The Sojourner. I made 5 instrumental CDs in all, which are widely used here in the UK in centres for healing and meditation..

• Immortality - Strictly ambient and very, very relaxing if you have sleep difficulties! I made this specially for insomniacs, as when I needed it the most, all other CDs and tapes I listened to had various points in them which always managed to jar me awake!!!
